The obvious criticism is that by ignoring the Russian and Chinese revolutions, not to mention Cuba, as not-socialism you're implying they weren't attempts at socialism – which they were, albeit failures. Engaging with those is necessary, it does us no favors to ignore them.

Alunya should thus be used not exclusively for more didactic purposes whereas Rodina can be used more to fulfill a comical or playful role in order to avoid tediousness via sole exposure to Alunya's lessons by providing a sense of freshness. all from the perspective of the unfamiliar viewer of course. This is all depending on the decided direction and form of the project though.

State is an instrument of the ruling class. Assuming capitalists are the ruling class, they are already paying less taxes then the workers do (as is IRL). I.e. Tax Evasion App doesn't change much for them. It is workers who are paying for everything with their taxes (and have most of those taxes stolen).
However, app gives more power to the workers (since there isn't much resource investment) to somewhat equalize their position with capitalists by reducing the amount of money that goes to the state.
This will, obviously, lead to intensification of class struggle (fragilizing socdem state). Basically, workers start playing the game of chicken with capitalists: either capitalists start paying more taxes (and steal less of workers' taxes) - which improves life for workers, or there will be increased chance of violent revolution due to deterioration of state. Both outcomes are acceptable to ML, since orthodox ML assume that Revolution will happen anyway (and socdem are just postponing inevitable).
Defending taxes (and the capitalist state) at the expense of the workers means that Alunya is backing down from the fight with capitalists.
I.e. she either believes that socdem are right (pun unintended) and (violent) Revolution could (and should) be avoided, or she doesn't want to start the Revolution (at the very least - right now; i.e. app's appearance is simply premature).
