Not necessarily. The Angles were from Northern Jutland and the Saxons were from Southern Jutland and Northern Germany. There were also Danes(in the old islander sense, not the modern nation of Denmark sense) that migrated over, but not nearly as many as the Angles and the Saxons.
Not many people know this, but ALL of the Angles migrated over to Britain, unlike the Saxons and Danes. It's why England is called England and not Saxony.
