I don't think it's incriminating that Hillary would use modafinil. She may be using it to compensate for some neurological disorder, or she could just be using it for that boost in brain power. There's not enough evidence to say.

However, regardless of how she uses modafinil, it's pretty clear that she does have some significant health issues that she's ignoring or downplaying, evidenced by needing help going up stairs, or chairs to sit on during speeches.

I dont think any human is capable of living to his age looking like he does while maintaining a 4 hour sleep pattern without some sort of aid its just biology, however looking at the fact hillary can't stand up for longer than 5 mins without leaning on something it is very obvious she is ill to some capacity I just think that having a stimulant that keeps her awake isn't very good evidence of her having an illness or what that illness could be.
