What are you using now? If you use win 7 or 8 you can update it for free. Free update has been disabled for a while, but the free update for disability people has not been disabled. They only ask you to mark a checkbox that you are using one of the retard options. Text to voice should be enough and already standard on your system. Get your Win 10 straight from the Microshaft website. Get all the fancy spyware without the spyware from "hackers". The retard windows is a little bit hidden so not to many people abuse this.
