This is the second time i two consecutive days that some mod keeps deleting my thread asking b to explain this two-frame comic meme depicting someone/something looking at a computer screen in the first frame and then turning to look at the viewer in the second.

I know my threads are being deleted because the catalog still hasn't recovered from the spam attack a few days ago, so organic pruning is simply not a valid theory. I see this meme frequently in various forms and only want to understand it, but some mod wants to don their full body plate mail and strap their sword to their side and shield to their back and parade up and down the streets of b as the foremost protector of meme secrets. One mod actually replied earlier today with "leave newfag" which i don't think was entirely necessary or appropriate.

Just someone fuckong tell me what it is. There's no need to develop acute butt pain over my mere asking.

So what is this meme called? Is it a reaction of some kind? If so, what is the emotion being conveyed? If not a reaction, what is it and what is the proper context in which it should be posted? I like this meme and would like to use it, but I need to understand it first.

Dysnomia is actively ruining Holla Forums

OP, the board owner here gets his jollies out of fucking with the board users. He randomly deletes threads, and now that he got a rise out of you he will probably keep you in mind as a target.
He also turns IDs and flags on adn off, for a few days at a time, changes the default template to something deliberately obnoxious and hard to read, using pics of faggotry as wallpaper, and animated gifs covering threads in the corners. Most of it he does on purpose, but he is dangerously stupid and will sometimes fuck up the users and the board by accident rather than on purpose. Like the other day when we were being spam raided he gave mod access to the spammer. Things like that.
Point is, if you are looking for rationality to enter into the picture during your time on Holla Forums, you had better start getting used to disappointment. It is nothing here but incapability and incompetence trying in vain to keep immaturity and asshattery in line.

Seems like a winning formula.
