the judge assumes the role as chief of your corporation, or whatever the role is called under the laws where you live

I think people need to follow laws and such, but especially in the US, we supposedly have laws that the government must follow as well. If they find a technicality to get around their constraints, then it's every citizen's duty to find technicalities to re-restrain them.
