When I was a kid my teeth did this (though they came in straight on top of my older teeth, not angled).

I was kinda worried at that point that they were stuck like that and I nervously wiggled the tooth under it.

After a while of that it actually just popped out and luckily for me, the tooth that came in on top just floated into position (over the course of a few months).

Join a Gem and Mineral club.
Go every week to cut shape and polish rocks.
It's gonna be mostly old people, if you are nice they will give turquoise, quarts and other valuable gems to work with. Help the club with cleaning and ask them to teach you wire wrap and silversmithing after a few months. It's very enjoyable.

Yes there's building elements in the game so they force-wipe every server for the clutter. I work for skilled- trade agencies. $14/hr I only work when I want to or am needed. I don't steal the iphones. I get them from guys that work in the receiving department at Walmart.
