Christianity's greatest weakness, I think, is that fully understanding what it teaches on how to have a successful and stable society requires a yuge amount of reading between the lines plus additional historical context you won't find in the Bible. If reading the Bible in this way doesn't happen juuuuust right, then misinterpretations can easily happen, then those misunderstandings snowball into heresy and self made internal D&C. Obviously, for the most part, Christianity doesn't go this in-depth with its own teachings anymore.
