Get off all of this shit.
Luckily I live in eastern kansas and have access to shatto milk, no added hormones to the cows or milk.
The key is to work out at least 5 times a week. You can start with general exercise and light weight training crossed with cardio. Get your form right before you go heavy. You're going to have to get over your ego and master form first…and CORE STRENGTH is the most important. Never ever leave core out. Integrate core into as many exercises as you can.

There are a lot of good podcasts here regarding strength training philosophy. I used 4 hour body as a guide to build myself up.
4 hour body has guides for boosting testosterone, sperm count, adding muscle, cutting fat, all backed by experimentation and experts.
There are of course other books/ways to find this information, it's all over the web, but the book was a good buffet of info for me.

^This guy has some very useful videos on form. Again, you can find form guides everywhere. That's just a suggestion.
You also need to get your spiritual health in line, regardless of your religious beliefs.
Take yoga (also incredibly good for your core), if you can't afford, you can find online yoga classes.
Also, meditate every day. It's tough to get in to, but if you stick with it, it will do you wonders and help to keep your mind sharp. I used the app called headspace to help get myself into the habit, but now I don't need it, I just wake up and do it.
And watch your diet. Eat lots of organic vegetables, there are plenty of strategies to make them tasty or at least a portion of them tasty (I mix my least favorite ones with some fruit and protein in a smoothie)
Get your fruits too, eat a lot of lean meat like chicken. Salmon is fucking good too.
Drink a shit ton of good water, and drink coconut water too (weird texture, but you forget about it after a while)
That's just a few things. I'm not an expert, this stuff has just greatly improved my life. Health is incredibly important and can seem easy to neglect at times. But I want everyone on this board to at least start to make strides in the right direction.
Mindset is the most important. If you are overweight here, don't feel hopeless, that mindset will keep you hopeless. Go find motivation videos if you need, it will start in small strides. Dont expect immediate results, understand that it takes time and proceed with determination.
We should all care about each others health. I hope a health thread is constantly on this board, to serve as a reminder for everyone here to stay in good health and live long prosperous lives.
Food is either the slowest poison, or the most powerful medicine. Eat like you give a fuck!
