I was like you when I was 20 and I have so much remorse. So much time wasted on unimportant things. So many oppurtunities I missed. So many things I never experienced.
I am 25 now and I realise every day how fucked up my life has become and that there is nothing to live for, no long term goal.

If you are at least somewhat acceptable looking, go out into the world and try to fix your life. You have nothing to lose, normies already think lowly of you anyways. If you are out of shape, start exercising and get fit.

Once you are past 25 your are doomed and it is too late to fix your life in most cases. You also have to put much more effort into it and relearn all the little social skills you had. Also, your creep-o-meter goes up heavily once you are older than 25.
