Dunno if bullying is the answer, but at least sometimes it is. Our society lacks corrective forces. Everyone is a special snowflake that's perfect just the way they are - except that's bullshit.

If you grew up on the balkans you're most likely aware of how to treat children so that they don't grow into faggots.

First off, national tradition has to be a part of their life, you have to involve children in some form of tradition, this helps develop healthy pride, a sense of culture and a good worldview.

Second, throughout education you have to put be up with both stronger and weaker people. You have to be teased and you have to tease. This will grow a backbone in every child that goes through it. It will help you develop a sense of respect, fear and help you realize your own qualities and personality.

Third, you, as a parent, must give your children proper treatments for anything good or bad they do. If you've never been hit by a parent or someone of your age, you cannot be an adult. Getting physically hit, being in so close to someone you can consider an enemy, an attacker, will leave a mark on you forever, the mark says you're living in reality. Take a note of what I said, you either get hit by a parent for being a little shit or you get in a fight with someone your size, no other physical harm will cause this mark.

Life is a struggle, the sooner you realize that the better.

All I'm going to say is that bullying was a thing during every generation that led to our current situation, so how is there any evidence that it is good? Hell, the majority of Holla Forums grew up during a time when bullying was arguably least prevalent than anytime previous and they all ended up here, while previous generations produced lots of leftists.

I've been on both sides of the bullying, and we for sure need it.
first is the parent's job to bully the kid into not being some kind of massive faggot or degenerate, then it's the kids job to bully their peers into conformity.
conformity today makes you a cuck instead of a self-actualized adult man, so maybe not. If we stilled lived in a white and somewhat redpilled society then bullying needs to come back.

As long as its coupled with relaxing the restrictions on violence. Every time I needed to beat ass in school was met with suspensions and other punitive measures. By the end of highschool i was very demoralized about conflict as all my tools for dealing with it where taken away.

Bullying is a natural action toward the weak. Bullies don't bully the strong for a reason, they stand up for themselves or fight back. That's already a good trait for success.
Now what I want to point out the most is, kids or bullies aren't the one in the wrong. They're instinctual. The problems are the parents and the adults that are in a position of authority or role model. Parents of the weak child that neglect to prepare them against the real world and cuddles them which makes the child not ready for anything happening to them. The parents are then responsible for the trauma. Then the parents of the bullies, if they are indeed really evil people full of malice, then they probably influenced the child to be violent and twisted. They're responsible for the bully's actions and trauma from neglecting them and the reason why they do these things in the first place. There's also the adults who does nothing, doesn't set the limits or intervene to teach the kids why they get bullied or why they bully.

Some people are fucked up beyond belief and have a personality that deserve to be bullied also. People will pity them and try to save them but they either have a slight predisposition to disability or are plain stupid/narcissistic which they get pleasure from being professional victims and will put themselves in these situations on purpose over and over.

However I would like to add that bullying should be done for the right reasons. It shouldn't be called bullying, it should be called public social alignment and it should be supported by the teachers.

If this causes the student to rebel, be sure to show the student the facts before their selfishness gets to their heads.

In other words, the harsh reality is: if it's just one bully or few onto one person dramatically -the chances are they're going to be found dead or missing in their future lives. If it's the whole school, staff or students, then there is a high chance of it being a mass shooting than individual pickings.

I'm certain a lot of us may have bullied someone before, which can be fine at a limit, but if you ever went over the top and say -completely destroyed someone's face with a hammer, or shoot someone's dog, etc etc, then you best watch your back.

It's more common than you'll believe. In relationships it's easy to track and document. At a school, there could be hundreds of you, thousands even. No one really records all your exchange of words as well. They'll hardly find any link to write it off as a revenge death dating back from school -which is why you never hear of it in such a way.

School or not, if they bully strangers in real life as if it's still school, unless they're a VIP to something, they'll find death quickly. Everyone with street smarts know that.
