Well, what you could do is have your entire sexual reproductive system removed. Then you could have undifferentiated cells that will become the genitals from you exposed to extreme levels of estrogen, causing them to grow into the female reproductive system. Once enough growth is initiated, they could be transplanted into the right places, using you as a biological scaffold so that they may develop into various parts. You would have to start taking estrogen to help the rest of your body become that of a female, but your new ovaries should start producing estrogen for you. Once you are done, you will be a female with XY chromosomes.

You will genetically be a male, but you will ultimately be a female. This same phenomenon can be observed in frogs that are exposed to birth control pills, they may be chromosomal males, but exposure to estrogen before birth causes them to become female frogs. Humans just develop at different times than frogs.
