Doctors aren't as secure as you think. Back in the day, a few of my colleagues had famous patients but all the people who worked in the office could access their records. Some of them were athletes too, people who's health MANY groups were interested in because they had money riding on those patients in more ways than one. Too many precautions on a patient's file leads to problems anyways and is actually easier to lose them if they are not part of the system. Keeping that information on a personal system away from other files opens that doctor and possibly the health administrator to liability and thus litigation so it's not worth the effort. Keeping it in the system and marking it is usually what is done. The only downside is that if someone else gets in, they can find the information very easily, easier than most things.

There's a number of ways you can get medical documents. You's be surprised how many idiots toss documents out without shredding. Doctors employ pretty faces and tits to do the clerical work, and if it's some SJW kike, they'll higher a dumb nigger for political points.
