3) Be debt free ASAP. Once you have a paid off house, paid off car, food reserves, and are capable of self defense you are well on your way to insulating yourself from the financial chaos we may experience. Forget time value of money, that 3.5% interest rate loan may be a lighter chain around your neck than a 10% interest rate loan, but it's a chain none the less.

4) Be physically fit. Nothing improves your quality of life more than being debt free and in shape. Men who are in shape make more money, they get better spouses, they have lower medical bills.

I know plenty of guys who are "red pilled" on the world but are in no physical shape to serve the next reich. Don't be a keyboard warrior, put in your 1 hour of training a day and stay away from food you don't physically prepare yourself.
