1. Libertarian (propertarian) organizations attracts mild nutcases, not like the far-right but people with anti-social characters.

Do you even into medical conditions? It's been deemed as a mental illness, and the best way to treat it is with therapy/surgery/whatever might works best for the individual. Being normal simply means that people acknolege as a part of life, not something that is to be fetishized all the time.

Also, sex change surgery is rather pointless and barbaric imo. It's virtually impossible to replicate the required anatomy at this current time, and sometimes don't even function that well. I believe brain transplants are a better idea, since gender dysphoria is when someone's brain is wired for a different sex than it's host.

Sex changes are extremely rarer now than they were years before when gender dysphoria wasn't recognized by the psychiatric community and transgenderism was considered a sexual fetish.
