The majority of Obama's foreign policy decisions have been shaped by the outgoing president's irresponsibility on those matters, and what he was left to deal with. Never mind the whining from Congress on the matters. This also happened during Clinton's watch, too, when he had to form relations with individuals affected by the Gulf conflict, including finding refugees a place to live.
Bush 43's actions caused instability in the middle-east. Even Trump's stupid ass commented on it, before whining about Hillary being crooked some more.
Interventions and all that goes with it literally came from Bush pushing forward with the undeclared war brought about by fudged-up intelligence from a single individual that was shady to begin with.

Okay look, it's blatantly obvious that you're just a spillover of the CTR people over at 4chan. So here's a little summary for you.
Democrat and Neoconservative politicians actually don't have any convictions of their own and each serve financial interests, which are the same on both sides.
For one election, each party had an anti-establishment candidate who wasn't part of this 'same-policies-different-party' cadre. Bernie lost and betrayed his supporters rather than going green. The only one left is Trump.
Beyond that, all I can say is, that you should spend some of your time just lurking here and reading some of the material you get here, maybe follow the politics from here, because they give you a more clear and on-the-fly outlook on the implications of current events.
