1: Map out their hierarchy. Identify chains of command. Identify cash flows.
2: Probe targets for vulnerabilities. The higher up a disruption occurs, the greater the effects downstream.
3: Apply greater pressure where the cracks form.

The goal is disrupt either the flow of information and/or cash from top to bottom. As all this applies here:
1) I think we have a reasonably sharp understanding of their general layout, but it would not hurt gather more information; anons must keep digging.

2) We can judge vulnerabilities fairly easily I should think. Look for leadership/management types especially, but never turn down the chance convert/corrupt/subvert even the lowest man on the totem-pole.

3) Wheresoever we can, apply pressure on leadership. Twatter, goybook, whever. Destroy their reputations. This is all legal is the best part. I cannot stress this enough: disrupt their ability to work.

Bonus) We should actively be pursuing infiltration of CTR. Whether one of us gets in and spills the beans or otherwise disrupts their operation is almost irrelevant. Infiltration is disruptive even if the danger is imagined. IE: they will spend extra resources and time making doubly sure its not one of us coming on.

Focusing CTR is the best way to go about this. It establishes to people thinking of joining CTR that it's not safe. Ideally we'd like to get CTR interns to realize that the elite are sending them to their internet deaths and for them to do something about it. For example, each video covers all known information about a specific CTR staff member we've uncovered, and directly accuses them of shilling for Hillary / election fraud / whatever you want to bring up.

Then, get as many anons as possible to watch a CTR video, and then immediately watch one of the anti-CTR videos. Everyone would probably need to be logged in to a youtube account for this to work. When youtube recommends a video on the right sidebar, it's partially based on the fact that people who watched the current video also went on to watch the recommended video in the sidebar. If a lot of us watch a CTR video on their channel and then an anti-CTR dox video, youtube may relate the two and show the anti-CTR video in the recommendations. At which point youtube is doing our work for us, and CTR can't do a damn thing about it short of taking their videos down and putting them back up fresh.

Without further context, it could be pretty much anything else though. Few things come to mind:

One-time pad encoded message to someone
Password to previously distributed, but unreleased, files (sha256(memorable_string) isn't a terrible way to come up with a password)
Completely random signal to someone (e.g. if I ever release sha256(meaningless_string), do X). There are subtler ways to do this (e.g. I ever tweet about oranges, do X), but if whatever reason you want people to know you've sent a message, but not the content or to who, then doing something obvious but meaningless accomplishes that.

It could also be an accidental tweet of something totally benign, but the "It's time" tweet definitely make me think it was intended to set something in motion.

For the tech savvy, what could this mean? Should we expect another leak? What is that code used for?
