Either way, they probably have this arc worked out both ways depending on who wins. When they did the Obama episode they pretty much just figured Obama was going to win and wrote the episode that way, and if Obama didn't win they figured it'd just be a big 'Dewey defeats Truman' moment and they'd roll with it. In this case, the post-election episode is going to tie in with the overall arc so maybe they've either got two versions of that episode planned or they're just going to leave election aftermath until the next episode. For instance, they didn't really talk about the pussy tape when it dropped a couple weeks ago but it was touched on this week.
