Additionally, even leftypol would mostly be in favour of what you would consider "degeneracy".

I would recommend that you instead consider Technocracy.
Technocracy is firmly anti-capitalist, anti-idpol and seeks to limit any public actions that undermine societal unity (making a number of things that I imagine you consider "degenerate" to be only practiced behind closed doors).
