If you are attempting to avoid xenoestrogen exposure, here is a list of substances to avoid. I compiled this from many sources and it’s the most complete list on the Internet. Xenoestrogen contributes to “excess estrogen” or “estrogen dominance”.

The short answer is to go as organic and “green” as you can.

Avoid:

* Commercially-raised, non-organic meats such as beef, chicken, and pork

* Commercial dairy products including milk, butter, cheese, and ice cream – Use only organic products that do not contain bovine growth hormone

* Unfiltered water, including water you bathe in – Use reverse-osmosis filtered water such as Dazani or get your own filter

* Laundry detergent – Use white vinegar, baking soda, or tri-sodium phosphate (TSP)… According to some experts, avoid even the Seventh Generation and Eco brands

* Dryer sheets and fabric softeners – Use white vinegar is a marvelous natural fabric softener, no smell after it dries

I did strict calisthenics for years while doing martial arts but I slowed down now because work but I will give you my two cents.

Sprints should be done once a week. If you can do it uphill or in the sand, do it. It's much better. If you must do in on concrete then do those basketball sprint exercises where you start from the end of the court, sprint to the freethrow line, back to the end, to half court, back to the end, etc. until you run from one end of the court to the other end. Take a 15 second break and do it again.

Protein: Pan sear or bake something. I usually switch it up between baked salmon in a foil pouch of herbs, roasted chicken, and pan seared (high heat in cast iron with salt/pepper) red meat: burger or steak once a week. Pan seared cod/halibut is also great.

Other weeks I'll make a second batch of frozen stew/chili for dinners to fill in nights that I don't want to lift a finger.

Also, I do eat out once or twice a week for dinner.
