As a Christian, I'm pretty sure the Romanovs' judgement is bound to be complicated and not a straight shot to heaven. They didn't exactly act christlike by throwing millions of their citizens into a war they didn't need and weren't prepared for. The bolsheviks could have been raised up by God to punish the Orthodox Church. I haven't entirely discounted that possibility. And the Orthodox Church today is still pretty corrupt.
