What is the difference between communism and socialism versus national socialism?

The way i imagine it, correct me if i'm wrong, is that communists try to bring everyone down to the lowest common denominator while natsocs try to uplift everyone through a national collective effort, which differs from taking things with force and redistribuiting them.
In Hitler's germany socialism didn't mean you got stuff for free and that's it, you also had to work to repay what you owe the government, but it didn't mean you were a slave, in fact job opportunities were plenty and the economy was blooming.
To sum it up communism is a hand pulling you underground while national socialism is pulling you up.

Communism asserts that everyone is equal in everyway
National Socialism asserts that everyone is different in talents, intellect, stregnth etc.
Therefore communism states that because there are differences in output by individuals, some individuals must be oppressed (i.e. the proletariat) and must be liberated from the oppressors.
National socialism on the other hand says these differences are natural, and people should just work together in what they're best at for the best outcome. Thus national socialism is "true socialism" in the sense of social progress.

Communism and socialism subscribe to the belief that all men are equal. This is not a unique perspective. Classical liberals also share this belief. However, communists strive to create a government which has a duty to enforce this equality. Therefore a communist/socialist believes that a rich man must be taxed more and a poor man given that wealth in order to level the playing field. They earnestly believe that by mandating and policing equality they will achieve world peace and an end to conflict. We know the true consequence of this is to strip the smartest and most ambitious of the fruits of their labor and create a new master class which is the bureaucracy. National Socialism accepts that here is no equality. Equality is a social construct and the empirical truth is that people are different. Peoples' wealth is not seized, but they are encouraged to assist one another in a sense of national fiedlility. The people of the state are considered an extended family. A racial identity is fundamental to the state and is protected by its laws. That's where you get the Nuremberg laws which control who is allowed to marry who. A pure stock person of that country would not be allowed to marry and reproduce with someone who is likewise not of the same race. This is not done out of hatred for the person of another race, but to preserve both. To muddle one's race is to alienate oneself from both races their parents share. Thus nation-states are rigorously upheld and any sort of Internationale is rejected. Individual people's and culture are to be preserved and honored.

This is a form of socialism that sees everyone as the same. It seeks to bring everyone and everything down to the lowest common denominator. This is because you can't elevate the lowest, but you can bring the highest form down. The end goal of communism is to turn the world into a hive, with workers and a queen bee.
To explain this, I will borrow crudely from biology. NS sees a people as an organism, or a machine if you will. Everyone is part of that organism, and plays their part. People who are harmful to the organism or just don't do anything are not allowed. Much like the immune system, a NS government will act to deal with this. It is Fascism applied with a different mindset.
