I'm actually undertaking foreskin restoration right at the moment. I've been doing it for a year now and now my skin is bunching up behind the glans. I expect to have partial coverage by 2018.
That's one of the disadvantages of foreskin restoration. It takes a long ass time, but it is worth it IMO.
