Baiji is interesting because it's a place in Iraq with a lot of industry, particularly oil. On June 11th, 2014 Baiji was captured by ISIS. A separate user found that the date/time info in the EXIF data is 6/11/2014. So he's definitely pointing to a link to ISIS and oil.

This is also where he mentions that he has multiple encrypted hard drives with his data, and he's doling it out slowly to the Iranians. He also clarifies that his phone had a custom Android firmware loaded on it which is disabling WiFi, bluetooth, and cellular, but still allows him to take photos, and GPS still works. He had to clarify as he had previously mentioned he thought they messed with the phone's hardware, but it's possible to disable all of that by editing the phone's kernel.

Who's the girl in the image he posted? Sophie, Princess of Hohenberg, daughter of Archduke Franz Ferdinand. That should ring a bell.

Couple other random things I found combing all the cuckchan threads on the 4plebs archive.

First is an image suggesting that Israel is getting its oil from ISIS via Turkey. The small Asian oil company might very well be Idemitsu, who are also referenced in the Qatar Ras Laffan fields and the patent that was in the EXIF of the first image.

Second is a twitter post from Hassan Rouhani that is very suspiciously related - it's possible that Iran already knew about the link between the Dutch and IS. VERY curiously, a little while after the user capped that image, the tweet was taken down. I think this one might be bullshit though - there's nothing that says he didn't edit the results in the google translate box. Take it with a grain of salt. But it'd certainly be interesting if Iran already suspected RDS of misdeeds, and Snowden2.0 literally handed the data they needed over to them. That's why he chose Iran and not Russia, perhaps.

I'll go through and help answer some of the questions in this thread so far, to the best of my knowledge.

He's not releasing everything because he needs bargaining chips to stay alive. So he's releasing some information to us as a form of insurance, so that we're aware and will independently research this shit.

Second, he confirmed he has multiple encrypted hard drives with separate encryption keys, each of which contain various pieces of data. He said he handed over one encryption key to the Iranians and they are treating him better as a result, but the data he gave them was very minor. He's potentially an asset with a lot of value to Iran, but he needs to make sure that neither the Iranians nor anyone else tries to kill him after he hands over the last encryption key. So he's negotiating.

This is really interesting, as it establishes Idemitsu having ties to Iran and Shell having ties to the Saudis. I already brought up in a summary post that Idemitsu and Shell both have ties to the Ras Laffan gas fields in Qatar, but I don't believe they are collaborating on that. It's probably more like they have separate leases on the fields from the Qataris.

We don't know the route he took to get to Iran, so it's hard to estimate. I suggest we look for direct flights between the Netherlands and Iran and see what the shortest duration is. It could be a much longer route he took though.

Before he left for Tehran, Snowden2.0 also told anons to listen on shortwave, and that Iranian shortwave frequencies would likely be jammed. That's exactly what happened a little while later, as well as USB8992 - the USAF emergency message frequency that Snowden2.0 also referenced in his cryptic post - blowing up with a ton of activity.

This is super fucking fascinating because it comes out of Baiji, which is the city that ISIS captured and Iraq fairly recently recaptured. Baiji was referenced directly by Snowden2.0 in the first image he put up, the one that says "The Jews did it! -Holla Forums" - it was embedded in the EXIF data. The EXIF date and time was also set to 6/11/2014 which is the exact date when ISIS captured Baiji.

Also, it would make sense for the US to fuck with the Iraqi military in favor of ISIS, at least in relation to this whole Snowden2.0 revelation. We were basically acting on behalf of RDS to protect their source of oil. So even though the names weren't the same, the secure trips were, which means whoever posted that either cracked the secure tripcode, which is incredibly computationally expensive (think government level computing power) or they recovered the original password from his home or VPN connection. From what I've found, it looks like the shortest possible civilian aviation flight from Amsterdam to Tehran is about 6 hours, 45 minutes. That's with a layover in Vienna though. I can't seem to find any airlines that have direct flights to Iran, but it's possible one of the middle eastern airlines has a route like that. A direct flight would be maybe 30-40 minutes faster because of the layover, and because of the difference in distance (Amsterdam -> Austria -> Tehran is roughly 2,632 miles traveling on a great circle route, Amsterdam -> Tehran is 2,543 miles on a great circle route) they'd save some more time as well. Still kind of improbable though - he would have had to post in the airport in Amsterdam and post again just after landing at IKIA in Tehran.

Another scenario is that the Iranians took him seriously enough that they flew a plane directly to him to pick him up, and flew directly back. I doubt the Iranian military can fly over NATO countries without consequences regardless of some dude threatening to blow the top on global politics, so they would have had to charter an existing airline and make an unscheduled round trip route to do it, which is not a simple thing to do. European airspace regulations are very complex and all the routes that travel over have to have pre-filed flight plans, which might raise alarm bells as well.

So to be honest, it's a little hard to say how feasible it is for him to have made it from Amsterdam to Tehran in the time he had between his posts.

He was also never in Isfahan province as far as I can ascertain - some anons took the GPS coordinates from one of the images he posted and removed a bunch of the digits at the end, making the coordinates much less precise. The actual coordinates point to a military building in Tehran.

One thing I had not considered as well. I kept thinking he was going to have to take a regular flight to Tehran. But what if the embassy has access to a private jet for diplomatic purposes? They could land the jet at Rotterdam, throw him in it, and fly direct to Tehran at much higher speeds and altitudes than a commercial plane. A Cessna Citation X or Gulfstream G650ER is about 80 knots faster than an Airbus A320. I'd assume Iran has more than one high speed private jet for diplomatic purposes. If that really is true about the shill bot - and I have some serious doubts about that - what's probably happening is that the images have the same hash fingerprint as known CP images, and only the hashes are used to compare whether an image is the same. That's how 8ch detects duplicate image uploads, for example.

It means you only keep a database of hashes, which are very small compared to the originals. Usually a hash is between 32 and 128 bits, although 256 and 512 bit hashes exist too. Of course, once you exceed 2^64 images (depending on the hash function) you are 100% guaranteed to have at least one collision, meaning two different images share a fingerprint. The probability you'll run into a collision before that point is extremely high though, which is one flaw of such a scheme.

I've wondered whether these explosions were caused by something similar to Stuxnet. If you recall, that was a government sponsored virus that disabled Iranian uranium centrifuges by rewriting the code in the centrifuge control modules (called PLCs) to make them overspeed and break. We've seen threads on here talking about the decline of the dollar as Russia and the middle east are positioning to use alternative currencies to sell oil. Yes, they had help from Siemens to manipulate the PLCs. The exploits I'm referring to were with the Windows PCs themselves. Stuxnet used 0-day exploits that nobody else had ever seen. There were like six or seven of them that were totally undiscovered until Kaspersky or some other antivirus company started disassembling Stuxnet. Those 0-day exploits were used to help propagate the virus so that it'd eventually end up on a USB key in an Iranian uranium enrichment plant. After that is where the PLC manipulation code took over.
