I hate Wolff more than any of you here and for actual theoretical reasons concerning his philosophical grounds themselves, but Wolff isn't actually a market socialist. He doesn't think it's the best way to organize socialism, it's just the best pitch to make to the common layman who can't really understand any concept of non market economies.
