See, it's human nature to be violent. Whether you believe it or not, whether or not you happen to personally be anomalous in this regard doesn't matter, the vast majority of people are subconsciously turned on by violence. When you combine violence and nudity, there's a really big chance that someone is going to be turned on. Kids, on the other hand, are not sexually attractive either biologically or subconsciously for the majority; The natural instinct when one sees a child is to protect it, and sex and violence are ultimately the same thing so the thought of sex with a child or violence towards a child are on the same level. When it's your own child, all rations are off, and violence towards somebody that comes close to your child with either intent (sex or violence) is perfectly justified from a point of both innate human nature and social morality. Since most people have kids sooner or later, the instinct is there in the form of a learned response from their own parents or from their other relatives even if they don't have kids yet themselves. A single man looking at a picture of a fully clothed child is thus more of a threat to the parents of said child than if that single man was looking at a picture of the mutilated naked body of an adult. When you take into account that they're drawings, all bets are off again: the child is a hypothetical child as a person while the mutilated adult is a representation of violence, rather than the person being the object/subject.

By this logic,
We both know that in reality neither child abuse nor murder can be prevented. If someone wants to fuck a child or kill somebody, they are going to do it no matter what the law is or what anyone says. In fact, telling a pedophile that he is not allowed to even look at drawings of children makes it more likely for his frustration to reach the critical point where he actually goes out and abuses a child. The same is true of violent content, as in violent video games reducing the violent tendencies of borderline sadistic individuals (ie. a vast category that could be called "normalfags and us", as opposed to "total fucking psychopaths") and gore videos are only going to motivate the total fucking psychopaths to commmit murder, while the rest of the population is reminded of their mortality and makes them not want to get killed and makes it less likely for them to kill someone as they get a release from the gore that they would get from hurting somebody.
