Sometimes, depends on the people, I have been once when the whole family has come along haha. They're all of legal age though so you're shit out of luck if you're a nonce.
A lot of people actually go so they have somewhere to shag out of the way of their young kids.
There's always a mix of the type of people going depending on the club and what events are going on.

Some clubs have to let single blokes in to turn profits these days, times have changed.
Some places work on an invite basis so the best bet is setting a profile up on fabswingers and either looking for a couple who are tolerant of single men or having a couple finding you, chatting to them and getting an invite (liberty elite is a club like this - personally I think it's over priced and an overrated club).
Single men have made it difficult for many other single blokes (mainly goofy pakis and weird niggers have done this by just following couples around and not talking to them).
Not sure how the scene is in the US but in the UK a lot of places accomodate for single blokes, some clubs only on certain nights, some will cater for them all the time (like my regular club 5 mins away from me).

The scene motivated me more than anything to start getting into shape because of how good looking everyone was, was not what I expected at all. I'm good looking but have put a bit of weight on over the years.
