As for the people saying the ring looks rough, well, the image isn't technically the physical ring. It's a render with different skins to show the metal options, and some of the details are lost in the rendering as a result. The delivered pieces should look cleaner.

OK, clarification. For this set of rings, we've supplied the design to a third party manufacturer, Shapeways, which manufactures to order. We've worked with them in the past and they get things done, and have been running for years now. As such, I'm not personally manufacturing these rings (though I could, it would also cost 5x the amount for me to manufacture most of these metal options myself, and I doubt I could keep up with demand unless I dropped all other projects.) but just the designs hereof.

Shipping and production are fast through shapeways. I'd expect maybe a week for north Americans, two weeks for Europe, though counting shipping time. (I think it was 9-11 days for Germany, dunno why they take longer than the rest of Europe.)

So no, I am not hand making this line of rings :/ But they are being manufactured by a Dutch company and if my information is still accurate, manufacture in New York state somewhere.

Now, the polswords polarmor, polshields, and icons will be hand crafted like most of the things that I make.

As for the gold plate, yes, it will inevitably rub down in parts, that's unavoidable, but these aren't "made in China gold plate", they should last year's without needing a touchup assuming you remove them to masturbate, and even if you don't, it's the band that gets ware, not the face.
