The ideology of libertarianism, among other things, labours under the delusion that the racial injustices of the past do not affect the socioeconomic statuses of minorities in the present (i.e. "Wow cuck black people are poor because they don't want to work/are lazy.") How can a black citizen freely exercise their rights when their rights are inherently lessened by the racial caste that they've been assigned?

African Americans are human beings. The closest thing to "proof" you have is the product of years of racist ideology and pseudoscience. To wholeheartedly believe that African Americans are given some means by which to better themselves is a cure-all is ridiculous. Again, some African Americans are predisposed to crime due to centuries of economic inequality and several other factors and almost all are tied to the inherent racism in US society. If you see a racial divide and espouse that it is due to "genetics" you ignore the history of discrimination that has placed black and brown people at a significant disadvantage.
