Clinton sent out a taunting tweet of “3-0” after the three-judge panel from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously slapped a halt on Trump’s executive order on immigrants and refugees.
Her support for the ruling isn’t surprising — Clinton said she was for open borders at one point — but the gutter sniping was telling. The activist judges who based their ruling on their liberal politics instead of the Constitution are the same kind she would appoint to the Supreme Court and all other federal courts if she were in the Oval Office.
Thankfully, she won’t get the chance.

I believe if you go back and re-read , it was user who said himself that he was poor. The user you are bitching at for not being a leftysheep was merely explaining why. As for usurping the Constitution, any politician who does what they think is right, or what special interest groups tell them to do, or what foreign interests want them to do, or what they think is best for the country, INSTEAD OF doing what the majority of voters tell them to do has violated their oath of office and thereby usurped the Constitution. A most notable example is former President Obama's mandating that everyone purchase health insurance. But pretty much any time he opened his mouth and said that he was going to do something because it was in the best interests of the country, he was violating the Constitution. Doing what is best for the country is NOT the job of the president, or of ANY politician in the US. The job is to REPRESENT the will of the people, as expressed by the vote. Period. The people are supposed to be the ones deciding on what is best for the country, not the politicians. The politicians are just tools. That is how the Constitution frames it, and all you leftypols who want to run the country based on how it makes people feel are in direct opposition to everything this country stands for Constitutionally. You want a new country, a new Constitution. You don't want this country or this Constitution.
