/rel/ use to be one of the best religious boards on this site. Its slowly making its recovery but hardly progress is ever made. We need to make /rel/ great again Holla Forums.

I recently started reading the Vedas and the Upanishads. Kind of depressing to see the world as an elaborate sacrifice to the ever-hungry god of death

/rel/ was never good.
It's filled with the religious version of a fedora wearer.

Maybe in some respects yes, but /rel/ is great. Its the best place for free religious thought, debate, and expression; since /christian/ is heavily censored and biased you cannot expect an honest dialog about religious matters there.
