Two intelligent people will of course raise a kid (that has genes from 2 intelligent parents) much better than two other, not so intelligent people.

There is a lack of understanding of what money and wealth are and why they exist or were even created for and how to use them.

If I, for example, have more money than someone else, I can tell him what to do. Therefore in this triangle, those at the top of the triangle have the most wealth but there are fewer of them and the majority at the bottom have the least. Then with increased wealth comes increased property and assets, and so as you pay those beneath you, you can then sell them some of what you own or have used them to produce.
Then we have wealth, well now many could view themselves as wealthy if they stopped looking up the triangle at those with more and instead looked down to the many beneath them, as wealthy people do. By simply taking advantage and exerting your power over those who are poorer than you are, you can use them to make money for you and move up the triangle. A pimp uses whores, just as Apple uses chinese peasants and the banks use the government.
