There is apparently a new outrage around YouTube. Namely that young girls (typically under 13) upload webcam videos of themselves in skimpy clothing, usually dancing. Or possibly that some pedos are actually the ones uploading them for other pedos to enjoy.
This is obviously too extreme for some people on YT and they want people to report the videos that show underage girls dancing in their bedrooms in skimpy clothing.
