Realistically, taking control over their definition-providing function can't be done.
From what I understand, it picks out a definition from places like the online version of Merriam-Webster or the same for Oxford dictionary. These are practically unassailable, short of getting into their backend, unlike Wikipedia… which would still take months of your life, squabbling in the User:Talk pages to try to get an accurate entry to stick.
And so, the next best thing would be to code a dictionary search bar for smartphones, and maintain a database of user-contributed alternate links to proper definitions, so as to minimize the issues of storage and such. Putting it up on the Android marketplace if that's how it works, I'm only marginally familiar with any smartphone technology solves the issue of distribution.
It wouldn't be hard, but it would take hurdling through the acceptance process to accomplish it.
