Bojack Horseman Season 3

Finished it a couple days ago. Liked it just about as much as season 2. If you haven't caught up yet, I would say it's worth a watch.

Yeah, it was pretty good. The ending was a little weak too much like season 2

I enjoyed it, but it's hit that point where it's stopped surprising me, and become predictable. There's a joke, and then something sad happens, and then Bojack fucks up in some major way, and then there's another joke. I'm not really sure what they can do to get around that if they decide to make more.

Why is the artstyle/animation so bad? Why are the anthros just multi-coloured people with animal heads? Why is there animal people when it doesn't really add anything besides "funny" animal jokes?

Because funny animal jokes are funny, and it helps it stand out among all the other animated sitcoms.

So it's a gimmick and nothing more?

Yeah. What's wrong with having a gimmick?

It means they don't have enough confidence in the work to sell it as is.

Maybe not. But if it's a good show, and a gimmick helps to get it noticed, without taking away from the quality. Is that a problem?

user, don't bother. Bojack fans are irredeemable filth that don't want to admit that this is a shit show with shit animation that only appeals to casuals.

The inherit ridiculousness of all this drama and angst stemming from a guy with a horse for a head is pretty much the only thing keeping the audience from killing themselves out of sheer despair.

Perhaps not but it seems like the moire you watch something with a gimmick the more pointless the gimmick seems.

Sorry but it's gonna take way more than animal people to break my suspension of disbelief in a show.

Says the WEEBCUCK

Go back to /a/ and jerk off to some more drawn child porn you shithead.

How can it be casual/normiefag shit if it isn't as popular as Steven Universe?

Go eat a booger.

QUADS

...

1080p torrent where?

for what purpose

everything should be 1080p, faggot

Checked, but what are we going to do with these quads? Make Western Animation Great Again?

we're about to be beaten by cuckmonkeys truth-silencing board, for fucks sake

All me :^)

I'm not really getting what the problem is. It's a cartoon. If you can have your characters be non-human for the sake of making things a little more visually interesting, why not do it? People have been doing this for as long as animation has been a thing. No one ever asks why Micky Mouse has to be a mouse, when he could just be a guy.

Mickey Mouse is a highly adaptable character (and a mascot, mascot's being animals is a very common thing) who is constantly used in all sorts of different things. He doesn't need to be thematic because the various shows he appears in are all different.

This show's premise is about a washed-up sitcom actor with depression trying to fix his hollow life. I'm not against animal people for the sake of it (hell, one of my ideas for a show has animal people when they could easily be human and nothing would change), but here it's really trying to use it draw attention to itself and make some lame animal pun jokes."Hey guys, this dark comedy sitcom's not like all the others because the main guy's a horse and the show he was in had a horse pun for a name!".

I don't see how it's a problem.
