i think most Holla Forums users can ban evade in seconds , permanent bans do nothing except inconvenience legitimate VPN/proxy users who are assigned a banned IP

Hotwheels only complied with two a month, usually. I think whoever handles that these days just removes whatever is requested to be removed without finding out if the request is legit. Someone should test this by sending DMCA takedown requests on random images. I'm sure it would cause a lot of butthurt. Bans for DMCA are never justified, though. Jim can eat a dick.
