There is no real pressure at all to reform it. The new people that the leaders have elected are quite content and normalized to exceedingly corrupt nations. No one on the "right" is looking to kill people because they don't want to lose their money or their job.

Conservatives are typically, in my opinion, the more "real world" party, EXCEPT when it comes to the will to power. Conservatives shy away from doing what it takes to gain power, even when it would be the noble, end justifies the means thing to do.
