Lift for strength, not size or aesthetics 2-4 times per week.

Make sure your food intake is good. Eat a good amount of vegetables and fats and protein, and don’t eat processed foods, or pop, or other garbage. Don’t eat desserts. There’s no such thing as a “cheat day”, just a day for pussies. Of course you can have a small cube of chocolate every once in a while, but when you do this, you will not binge, and it won’t be a source of pleasure for you.
Drink lots of water. Try to avoid fluorides, as well as plastic bottles if you can.
Sleep well, as much as you can, but also as early as you can, both for going to sleep, and waking up.
Do cardio 20 minutes every day of your life. Jogging, fast walking, biking, anything.
The soul the spirit: the holy spirit
If you are having sex, stop. Wait until marriage. Having sex with strangers weakens your soul and makes you a degenerate Jew hippie. When you have sex with someone, your two souls connect. If you connect with a soul that has connected with 500 other souls, you just made your soul 500x weaker.
Quit porn as soon as you possibly can. Even if you start now, it might take you 2 years to stop completely. Pornography is worse than cocaine. It weakens your soul, disconnects you from god, makes your test lower, makes you unhappier, and puts disturbing graphic images in your mind while making you insecure and more docile. It also disturbs your sleep.
Don’t go to parties or engage with other normies. Don’t go to clubs, degenerate bars, boat parties or anything like that.
The mind: The father
Everything you watch, do, hear, everything you do subconsciously affects you, and enters your brain. Everything you do you will absorb. Do not listen to any pop music, any mindless music, or anything you do not understand what it means or do not agree with. Music is very powerful.
Do not watch retarded movies that numb your brain. The only reason why the masses have not revolted is because tv shows and movies give an escape from reality, and instead of revolting, we borderline suffer.
Do not do any drugs. Do not drink alcohol (how much you drink is up to your own discretion, for example 1-2 drinks will not kill you, but you do not need it for no reason.) Getting tipsy makes you weaker mentally ( and physically) for the week to come.
Read literature that is important to you, and stimulate your mind with good music, or activities.
