No, it's shit because it forces you to contribute back to the network at outrageous values. I believe the lowest value that won't get you dropped by literally everyone is 10% of your network bandwidth.

This. It's also terrible for people dependent on other people's internet (such as University students) because often you are unable to open the port that you need because of the Universitie's firewall.
There's nothing wrong with brave if you disable ad replacement.
