I was 9. I'm 18 now. I went on Habbo Hotel a lot unironically and had no idea what the people with afros were doing blocking the pool, I tried to blend in with them and convince them to let me through but gave up and left the game.

I was in elementary school. I only heard of 4chan every now and then from online friends, about how cool and edgy it was. It wasn't until 2009 that I actually went on 4chan, but by then it was already crap and it didn't interest me.

I was 12. I had started going on halfchan at 11, occasionally. My parents had this blocking service on my computer (K9?) that kept me from going to straight up porn sites, but for some reason the 4chins were allowed, so I went to Holla Forums to fap. Never really posted, I was a smart lad.

I blame Holla Forums for getting me into CP and furry porn to this day.

I was 15 and posting on multiple forums (that still exist with small communities) on my families Dell windows XP desktop (which my dad still has in his workshop for some fucking reason).

I occasionally browsed, 4chan was on my radar for content at the time. But honestly I post here more than I ever did on 4chan. This place just seemed to resist the pc-ification of the internet when better since the advent of casualposting, it's not that I actually prefer imageboards or chan culture.
