We got Trump, who is a joke, but it's quite possible we will be safer with him. We might be much less safe, too. Only time will tell. We know that the Clintons and Bushes (same thing) don't get to continue on their merry way. Instead we get a new family in.
I think Trump will renege on every single promise he has made, which he made clear from the fact that he showed respect for Clinton as a vanquished foe. He's not going to jail her. He's not insane. He just did whatever was needed to get elected, and got elected. Now he'll complain he can't accomplish the little he said he would do when he got in. He will be a pretty normal President, except he'll talk plainly, not like a politician. I don't like him but I find it kind of refreshing.
