Of the things you complain about, you have to realize several things.
1) It's the first priority of all the various shilling groups, the majority of what you're complaining about is from pure astroturfing.
2) It's where all the kids/unitiated are who are seeking the redpills to fufill their desire to know the truth, but you wanna try and villify them for seeking the truth and being not as enlightened. Seems pretty elitist and dismissive, this is not a way to build support for your base, don't you think?
3) There are still many many oldfags/8fags/lurkers who keep tabs on the place and often contribute, for the most part they'll just observe the kids and the shills and how they interact with each other, and jump in when the time is right.
4) The fucking board is FAST and absolutely YUGE, the thread that 77777777 was gotten in received replies from ~800 unique posters in a few minutes after the GET and seemed to genuinely fuck with the board software's archiving capabilities as a result.
Because of all these factors, yes a lot of half/pol/ is seemingly shit, but there's actually a lot going on underneath that you're likely to never see because you can't stand the place. But that is fine, because you're needed here to seed and germinate things in this environment (and do battle with the resident opposing forces) before it becomes a sapling of half/pol/ culture anyway, just like the role of half/pol/ before it got too popular. More exposure to half/pol/ actually is only a benefit, since it's not twitter/faceberg/any other heavily censored media outlet filled with bluepilled cognitive dissonance. I think if you knew just how many people it's been resposible for converting, and continues to be responsible for, you'd maybe consider it in a different light than "my old playhouse that I outgrew and am mad that the new kids are having fun playing in it."

Its become somewhat fashionable here to shit on 4cuck and not without good reason but user here has it right. A lot of the old guard are still there and here too and Holla Forums is seeping into other boards. I use the /x/ board there because the one here is a fucking ghost town and I see Holla Forums ideology slip into the conversation there all the time. Those that attempt to decry the 'racism', 'antisemitism' etc are usually called out on their willful ignorance and told to stfu and lurk moar.
4cuck Holla Forums board is vastly inferior to 8pol but it is not without its merits. The pics post are clearly bait threads there and if you went into the thread in pic 2 for example, you would probably see mosts posts calling out the bait and posting infographics of jewish media control and quotes The Protocols about 'bringing the negro to prominence to deliver america to our cause'. To insinuate that is the consensus there is an exaggeration and misleading.
The 4cuck board can also make itself useful for operations that need numbers. The furious mass meming of carl the cuck/AIDS skrillex was in part thanks to 4cuck and their sheer numbers (those threads moved so fucking fast that a new one was being made every few minutes) That was a useful victory for us as it was a watershed moment that made it mainstream acceptable to go after sjw betamax leftist cucks who say dumb spiteful things in public (i dont recall any mainstream outrage over their doxxing and merciless memeing - no salon and gawker defending AIDS and carl, no patreon shilling or faux media outrage over cyberbullying)
Im also of the opinion that 4cuck separates the wheat from the chaff and some of the wheat will always find itself here.
