The big problem with buying all these items is that they are expensive.

I started using Grandpa's Pine Tar soap and while I like it, it doesn't last nearly as long as el cheapo soap brand that I used to buy. I have looked at other cleaning items and find that they all are going to cost more as well.

Your body can filter a lot of the excessive xenoestrogens through the digestive process. But breathing and skin touching tends to lead to a more direct way of xenoestrogens getting into the blood stream.

Zinc and vitamin d3 a re your friends. They're essential. Zinc is heavily present in meats. Vitamin d3 comes from sunlight. Draw your own conclusions from there. Because you have blocked aromatase, your body will not convert testosterone (at least not heavily) into estrogen like it normally would. You will begin replacing that much needed testosterone and shed curves, weight, and so on.

I use borax, super washing soda (sodium carbonate), and a laundry bar soap like fels-naptha. All within five feet of each-other at wallmart.
One cup of the powders, and a bar of the soap in a blender. Add ~1/4c baking soda till it isn't sticky. Store in a mason jar. Use vinegar with essential oil as fabric softener. The commercial shit destroys your clothes.
