Well, some Indians can be hot tbh. Usually the ones who look the least Indian, though… but in Rajasthan and Gujarat, at least, young women can sometimes be really fucking hot and beautiful even if they age like shit. I may be naive but I think it has more to do with their environment growing up, if they lived in a colder place they wouldn't become so wrinkly and saggy so fast.
But Arabs aren't an ethnicity, there are even Arabs who look whiter than pure Germans because they might actually be pure Germans and still be Arabs if they have Arab culture (i.e. desert shithole "culture") and speak Arabic. In Finland we have some Arabs, and especially one meme imam claims to be Syrian but he's a redhead well he's bald, but if he had hair, it'd be red with blue-grey eyes and he has never demonstrated speaking Arabic as far as anyone knows, yet he still identifies as an Arab and lies about being a doctor, hoaxing people in medicine, and gets away with it for being a rich fuck, etc. and is fatter than the fattest American and if someone like that can be an Arab, well, Arabs don't look like anything.
I hate Arabs, they're a worse cancer than (((the human rights pros))) but at least they should be treated like shit collectively for being Arabs. If white Arabs get excused for their camelfuckery and bullshit, it distracts from the real problem, which is Arab imperialism through Islam.
That said, the stereotypical Arab that you're referring to is a mix of Arabian bedouins and other Semitic people. They're ugly, yes, they're almost always Arabs, they're Arab imperialist pigs that use religion and politics as an excuse to get away with crimes, etc. etc. etc. but at the same time, the white Arabs infiltrating any white society are a bigger threat because they can mask themselves as not being Arab imperialist pigs.
Also, Pakis are not Arabs. They have a bit of Semitic blood in the mix, but they're generally inbred Hindustanis just like the Hindus of India, only with more Pashtun and Persian ancestry that makes them hairier.
However, the REAL threat to western civilisation is the mix of the desert cultures being generated through the international spread of Wahhabism, consisting of the girl-rape of Arabs, boy-rape of Pashtuns, acid-throwing of Hindustanis, genital mutilation of North Africans, propaganda of Uyghurs, etc. that is growing within every society that allows Islam recognition. The extreme example is of course ISIS, but they will most likely soon be out-extremised by another group that is even more open about wanting to bring about the end of the world and the judgement day. It should be stopped at any cost, even if it means straight up banning Islam and immigration from desert shitholes even if the immigrants are not Muslims.
