I agree with you… but the caveat is; people are free to be bigots, racist, sexist, homophobic, antitransgender. Whatever. You can review their establishment. You can boycott it. You can protest it. FORCING them to serve you is unconstitutional. In a free market, goods/services are exchanged for equal goods/services or money. By denying a person to choose if they will make an exchange FOR LITERALLY ANY REASON, you are forcing them to make an exchange they do not agree with. Forcing a baker to sell a fag a cake is NO DIFFERENT from forcing that fag to buy his cake from that baker. You are forcing one side of a "free market" exchange to accept an exchange determined solely on the choice and terms of the other. That is not a free market, that is SLAVERY.

As a fitting example, many, perhaps most prostitutes choose to refuse service to black men, for a variety of reasons. Should they be FORCED to have sex with men they CHOOSE not to, because otherwise, their business is discriminating based on race? By the logic that they should; every black man who rapes a prostitute who refused him service is fully within his rights, provided he leaves her money after the rape. It's an absurd argument; that the liberals have seized onto, because they are fucking stupid.
