I love the leftist argument that these guns didn't exist when the Constitution was written and therefore it doesn't apply. If we used that same logic on the Federal government, 99% of the departments/agencies would be obliterated because they were in the Constitution when it was written. I won't even get started with the implications on the 1st and other rights.
