Well half of those people are dead inside the club. The most seriously injured probably couldn't leave the club. Most of the ones who got out would only have gotten hit once to a few times by bullets or by shrapnel, hence their being able to leave the club, so they wouldn't be bleeding too profusely. Or, in case of the guy I pictured, he's bleeding badly but his jeans are absorbing the blood.

Why should it be covered in blood? The shooting took place within the club, which is where all the blood will be located. There are smaller amounts of blood in the parking lot, see the first two pics I posted, from victims who were able enough to escape – by being able to do so means they are not hemorrhaging at rates conducive to covering a parking lot with blood.
Everything so far is explainable. I'll start to think it's fishy if we never get crime scene photos. This isn't Sandy Hook where there was literally no blood.

Were you meticulously investigating the area and accounting for each liter of blood that should have been spilled on scene? No. You're looking at a few photos of relatively low resolution from a few choice angles and you're telling me that you should be able to see all the blood in the world. There are vids of guys in Mexico and Brazil who've been shot twice or three times running around and attempting to flee the scene. If you don't see them bleeding like crazy, and they usually are bleeding to some degree or another, it's usually for reasons I described above. Only heart, brain, upper spine, and major artery wounds are immediately fatal (i.e. within 60 seconds or less by a single wound from an intermediate rifle bullet or less). It ain't some of those action or horror movies. The average person walks around with 5 to 6 liters of blood in their body and rarely will they lose more than 2.5 to 3 liters before their blood pressure has completely tanked and further exsanguination becomes more difficult (because at that point they're fucking dead).
