I started browsing Holla Forums from Holla Forums which is probably the opposite of everyone else here but I recently started to browse 4chan Holla Forums when this place is slow. I'm a 4chan Holla Forums newfag and even I can tell the Holla Forums BTFO meme is sarcastic humor. It's become a meme over there. 4/pol/ is less serious than this place and usually consists of alot more shitposting. Which I'm sure you'll fit in well here because most people here are more serious sometimes to the point I think some anons have a stick up their own ass. I personally kind of enjoy the bants/shitposting that goes on over at 4/pol/ but I'm glad this place exists because too much and I can get tired of it so I find myself coming here for when I want serious discussion and go there for when I'm in need of a good laugh.
But anyways my point is the majority of the threads you circled aren't shills or sliding. Some are definitely trolls/bait though. But majority are just shitpost/4chan Holla Forums humor. If you think this is quality discussion you should have seen it back in the day. The sites been having some issues lately that I think has driven some people away but we used to be alot more informative in the early days. Tons and tons of informational MP4swe have webms with sound here and infographics. It's dropped off a little bit but I hope with the improvement to the site we'll see it improve.
