What happened is that we fell for demoralization tactics designed to sabotage us and fell for it hook line and sinker. They wanted us to start viewing GG as a 'group' rather than a loose affiliation of anons working to break the media. It should have been impossible to coopt as it wasn't dependant on anything other than the disparate actions of individuals.

What happened is that Holla Forums got shilled on and convinced that GG had become cucks and actually believed the shills, which became a self-fulfilling prophecy when Holla Forums fell for it and actually did leave.

It was entirely possible for Holla Forums to press on through it and just ignore the shills, but the unfortunate reality is that it's actually very easy to subvert and derail Holla Forums efforts by creating an atmosphere of 'oh it's all just too hard'. And the shills know it. Holla Forums's single biggest weakness is the inability to soldier on through heavy, targeted shilling.

Realistically, the biggest killer was probably that anons have a very short attention span.
