Here are my autistic thoughts:

Keep it relatively centralized, with some kind of leading text. Maybe we could open a google doc and write a manifesto of the religion's values. No "church" or whatever, churches are stupid.
I think this religion, to best reflect both the preexisting pseudo-religion of "Kek" that we're apparently going to be playing off of, should be centered around human expression. Memes, if you think about it, are really just units of expression, or speech. Disregard traditional moral values, we aren't moralfags.
Be unique. Maybe include a pantheon of gods or some abstract ideals, but make them really abstract. Drawing from philosophy is fine, as long as it's our own unique philosophy.
The universe, or existence as a whole, is the First Expression or First Meme. It is of the highest virality- it is Everything, after all. Gods are cool and fun to make, so we should have them. Draw from memes but don't make any direct references, besides maybe Kek.
Make -chan a title, since that's what pops up in imageboard culture the most. For example, ebola-chan would be pestilence and death represented in expressional form. We can work on language later.
